
Mission Statement
The mission of Advisor Training & Development is to contribute to the professional, personal, and educational development of academic advisors, advising administrators, and students by providing outstanding training and development experiences, consulting services and support resources. This is accomplished through a commitment to serving, making a difference, transparent collaboration, and individual, group, and organizational learning.

One Advisor Training & Development Strategic Plan Outcome is to establish, maintain, and strengthen critical relationships. In order to attain this goal each member of the Advisor Training & Development office represents and liaisons with specific areas, schools and departments.

Jeff McClellan, mcclelje@uvsc.edu , (Director of Advisor Training & Development ) works with the Advisor Leadership Council (ALC), The Leadership Center, Chairs and Supervisors, the Retention Committee and the Wasatch Campus.

"J" Waterreus, waterrje@uvsc.edu ,(Advisor Trainer & Career and Academic Counselor) works with the Career and Academic Counseling Center (CACC), the Career and Student Service Employment Center (CSSE), the CAA Directors, The International Office, The TETC and Banner SCORE committee.

Clint Moser, mosercl@uvsc.edu, (Advisor Trainer) works with the Advisor Forum Planning Council (AFPC), Student Services Directors, Partnership and Athletics, PACE, HR and UAOA.
