Show Your Wolverine Pride by getting a UVSC License plate.  Not only will the license plate show your support of UVSC, but your donation will benefit students by providing scholarship funds.

It's Easy

1.    Pay $25.00 towards scholarships.  Every year you keep the plates, $25.00 will be automatically added to your Utah State Tax notice.

2.    Send us the form below after giving us the required information.

3.    We send you the form to take or mail to the DMV to pick up your plates.  There is a one time plate fee of $15.00.

4.    Display your plates proudly, knowing you are helping UVSC students meet their educational goals. 

5.    Watch our scholarship funds grow every year.

6.    OR  if you are a UVSC Employee and have donated at least $25.00 to scholarships through payroll deduction, submit the form below with the required information.  We will pick up plates every week and deliver them to you.

7.    You can make your donation or pay the plate fee on-line if you've already donated.  Just click on the Give a Gift link!

Utah State University earns over $2500 per month from their program.

UVSC earned only $82.50 per month from their program last year.
