Availability

Interpreters, please print out the following availability chart for each new semester and turn it into Laurie Watts in room WB 146.
Please show:
  • Time you are available to work.
  • Time you would be willing to sub in emergencies.
  • Time you have your own classes.
  • Time you are not available to work under any circumstances.
When you fill out your availability sheets please include the following:
  • The hours you want to interpret.
  • When you have your own classes.
  • When you absolutely, under no circumstances, cannot work.
  • When you would be available to sub in cases of emergency.
  • Which subjects you enjoy interpreting.
  • Which subjects you really don't like interpreting.
  • Any Dl deaf students you prefer not to work with.
  • Any interpreters you prefer not to work with.
I can't guarantee that I will be able to give you all classes, students and teams you prefer, but I will do my best to accommodate your requests with what is available.

Please turn into me as soon as possible. First come, first serve!

You will also need to print the Interpreter Information Form and turn it in to Laurie Watts in room BU 146.
