Sponsorship Opportunities Available

We are offering several different levels of sponsorship, with benefits tied to each level:

Title Sponsor. Title Sponsorship for the conference is still available for a contribution of $10,000.
Title Sponsorship includes all of the Platinum-level benefits (see below) with some significant additional benefits. Contact Bryan Eldredge (eldredbr@uuvsc.edu) for details.

Platinum-level Sponsorships given for contributions of $5,000 or more and include the following benefits:

    • Recognition as a Platinum-Level sponsor on the Deaf Studies Today’s Internet home page—your company’s logo with a link to your company’s website.
    • Recognition on printed promotional materials.
    • Special recognition at the opening and closing events, introducing a representative from your company.
    • 3’ x 8’ Full color banner recognizing your contribution on display in the ballroom where all joint conference activities will be held throughout the
      conference.
    • A full-page ad in the conference schedule book.
    • Your company’s logo on the back cover of the conference schedule book.
    • A “prime location” exhibitor booth with electricity and Internet connections (free).
    • Two free registrations to the conference.
    • The inclusion of promotional materials (provided by your company) in the bag all paid participants will receive upon arrival.
    • An invitation for one representative to the VIP “Presidential Breakfast”
    • Other considerations may be negotiated.

Gold-Level Sponsorships are available for contributions of $3,500 includes the following benefits:

    • Recognition as a Gold-Level sponsor on the Deaf Studies Today’s Internet second-tier sponsor page—your company’s logo with a link to your
      company’s website.
    • Special recognition at the opening and closing events.
    • Recognition along with other sponsors on a banner in the conference meeting room.
    • A half-page ad in the conference schedule book.
    • Your company’s logo on the back cover of the conference schedule book.
    • A free exhibitor booth with electricity and Internet connections.
    • An invitation for one representative to the VIP “Presidential Breakfast”
    • The inclusion of promotional materials (provided by your company) in the bag all paid participants will receive upon arrival.

Silver-Level Sponsorships are available for contributions of $2,500 and include the following benefits:

    • Recognition as a Silver-Level sponsor on the Deaf Studies Today’s Internet second-tier sponsor page—your company’s logo with a link to your
      company’s website.
    • Recognition from the stage at closing event.
    • Recognition along with other sponsors on a banner in the conference meeting room.
    • Your company’s logo on the back cover of the conference schedule book.
    • A “Nonprime” free exhibitor booth with electricity and Internet connections.
    • The inclusion of promotional materials (provided by your company) in the bag all paid participants will receive upon arrival.

Single-Event Sponsorship
Deaf Studies Today! features a variety of single events which may be sponsored. These include keynote addresses, entertainment events, panel discussion, etc. Sponsorship of the Deaf Film Festival held the two days prior to the conference is also possible. The benefits of single-event sponsorships generally include recognition in the program book, the chance for a representative to introduce the event, and other considerations. The details of these sponsorships will be negotiated individually.

Advertise in our Program Book
Advertising space in the conference program book (which is given to all conference participants, expo visitors, and any other interested parties) is priced as follows:

            Full page: $450
            Half page: $275
            Quarter page: $150
            Eighth page: $85

Promotional Literature Stuffing
We will insert literature advertising your organization, products, and/or services into the bags each participant at the conference receives. This service is available for just $150.

In-Kind Donations
You may choose to give the conference a gift from your company to be included in the aforementioned bag.

Donation of Door Prizes
Door prizes such as televisions, laptop computers, palm pilots, computer software, DVD players, and the like will also be welcomed and appreciated. Benefits to be negotiated.

Smaller Cash Contributions

Contributions of any size are welcome.

All donations are tax deductible. All donors and sponsors will have their (company’s) name printed in the program book. The size and placement of the recognition is determined by the size and type of contribution/sponsorship.
