TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Due to identity theft and current law revisions, the Bookstore will no longer be able to reprint receipts. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION!

The last day to return textbooks for Fall and Spring Semesters, and receive a full refund, will be the third week of the semester. Deadline dates for textbook returns and Buyback dates can be found on the front of your receipt. No refunds will be given after the third week of the semester. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Textbooks purchased after the third week of the semester may be returned within 24 hours. There will be a $5 restocking fee charged for these returns. There are absolutely no returns the last 2 weeks of the semester and the weeks of Buyback. The UVSC Bookstore reserves the right to refuse the return of any textbook or merchandise that is not in resalable condition. New textbooks that are written in or rendered used in any way will be returned at the used price. There will be a $2 charge for textbooks that have been opened and need to be reshrinkwrapped. General reading books (novels, etc) that are required for a class may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

If you pay for your purchase with a personal check, you will be required to give your UV ID #. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. There is a 7 to 10 day waiting period for refunds on textbooks purchased with a personal check.
