| 5. | $400,000 | Increase adjunct faculty pay rate. |
| 6. | $250,000 | Advising, counseling, student services staff--target 4.5 FTE staff. |
| 7. | $950,000 | New full-time faculty with emphasis on core subject areas--target 14 FTE faculty. |

| 1. | $1,510,000 | 26 new salaried faculty in Communications, Cummunity Health, Computer Science, Elementary Education, English, Ethics/Values, Finance/Economics Information Systems, Math, College Success, Marketing/International Business, Music, Organizational Behavior, Pre-Engineering, and Social Studies; 14 positions filled to date. |
| 2. | $125,000 | 3.4 new staff in Student Services, Purchasing and Human Resources. |
| 3. | $215,000 | 1 additional library staff with remainder to acquisitions. |
| 4. | $250,000 | Increase in software and licensing budget. |
| 5. | $400,000 | 6 percent rate increase for adjunct faculty rates. |
| 6. | $250,000 | 5.5 new counseling/advising and student services staff in Counseling, Career Employment Services, Pre-enrollment Services, and Financial Aid. |
| 7. | $950,000 | 14 new faculty in Behavioral Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Earth Science, English, History, Languages, Math, Philosophy, and Social Studies; 10 positions filled to date. |
| In addiditon to 2nd Tier funds, Enrollment Growth funds are allocated to the following salaried positions: | ||
| 17 new faculty in Art, Business, Dance, Educationm, Hospitality Management, Humanities, Integrated Studies, English, Math, Multimedia, Nursing, Physical Education, Pre-Engineering, Secondary Education, and Theater; 14 positions filled to date. | ||
| 12 new salaried staff in Distance Learning, Continuing Education, Academic Grants, College Relations, Athletics, Business Office, Computer/Networking Science, Business, Humanities/Arts/Social Sciences, and Biological Sciences. | ||
