UV OneCard
WHO NEEDS ONE?
Everyone should have a UV OneCard! This card allows the holder access to the Testing Center, library, computer labs, athletic equipment and events, student activities and many other events and activities on campus. You may also receive discounts at select community merchants.
The card also has the
UV OneCard Account option.
To obtain an identification card you will need the following:
- At least be registered for current semester classes (unless during Summer Semester, then must be registered Fall)
- Government issued identification (passport, drivers license, state ID card, etc.).
There is no charge for your first identification card. The card is good for
5-10 years. If you skip semesters or even years, your card is still good. You do not have to renew your card each semester. Each time your tuition is paid, you are updated. The card will cost $15 to replace in the event it is lost or stolen.
If you are a
Concurrent Enrollment student:
- Verification of concurrent enrollment (class schedule from school or letter from college)
- Government issued identification (passport, drivers license, state ID card, etc.)
- If the student does not have a driver's license, state ID, or passport all of the following is necessary:
- Social Security Card
- Birth certificate
- Photo ID (high school ID, high school yearbook, etc)
