Payment must be received by noon on March 28th or the reservation will be cancelled and booth re-sold to waiting list.


Cancellations must be made by March 28th or no refund will be given. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for all refunds.


Parking is located on the North-west-side of the McKay Events Center. (See "Map and Directions" tab at the top.)


Unloading and set-up time is authorized in the West pay lot until 9:30am then cars must be moved to allow for public access.


No Unloading/Loading in red curbed areas or you may receive a ticket.


Sponsors are still needed for donated items such as snacks, water bottles, volunteers, advertising or general gift items for the public and employers. If interested please contact Laura Carlson at 801-863-8253.

Payment method:
Note: Once your registration is approved, we will send you an approval letter and invoice with payment instructions via email. Not all who register will qualify due to limits on similar job types in order to offer a good mix of positions available. (If you have questions about qualifying please contact us.)
All displays and representatives must remain in designated 10' x 10' booth area and may not encroach on isle or neighboring booths. Maximum 2 tables and 6 people per booth. Additional booth space may be purchased to accommodate large displays. All special arrangements must be made in advance.
