Anger Management
Twelve week course, meets once a week. Built upon the base of assertiveness principles, the curriculum covers personal responsibility, communication styles, the physical and psychological elements of anger, expanding reactions time, understanding domestic violence, anger triggers, prices/payoffs, methods of changing behavior, and more.
Anger Management is available through the Turning Point Center for Personal and Career Development.
