Facilities Available
    Your first step in planning your event should be contacting the scheduling office. mailto:farnswle@uvsc.edu Scheduling of meeting rooms, and the Ballroom in the Sorensen Student Center is handled through the Student Center Office at 863-8612. Other campus facilities are booked through our Food Services Offices and the Campus Scheduling Office at 863-8883. All UVSC facilities are smoke-free buildings. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Catering services are available anywhere on UVSC's main campus.
Menus
    Menu choices are available for all preferences including vegetarian and vegan meals. If regular choices on our menu do not reflect the needs of our customers, please give us adequate advanced notice and we will gladly prepare a special menu. Special meals cannot be prepared at the time of the event.
    An estimated number of guests that will not change more than 20% is required 10 working days prior to the event. A nominal charge may be added for numbers that change more than 20%. Confirmations of the guest count must be made 48 hours before the event. Events scheduled less than 72 hours before the actual event date will be charged an additional 5% service fee. UVSC Catering will prepare extra food for up to 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. The final invoice will be adjusted to reflect the guaranteed number of guest or the actual number of meals served, whichever is greater.
Costs and Services
    All meal prices include table service, standard table decoration, room set up, clean up, full linen service, and room rental. Buffet table decorations and center pieces when provided are the property of UVSC. A charge will be accessed in the event of removal of any of these items.

*An additional charge of 15% of the event total per hour may be accessed for events that do not serve at scheduled times. Prices does not include sales tax of 7.60% and a 15% service charge.

All menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

UVSC is the SOLE provider of food and beverage on campus.

No outside food or beverage may be brought in.
