PREREQUISITES:

DESCRIPTION: Teaches the nonstructural standards of the Uniform Building Code. Includes occupancy classifications, building area, height and location limits, exit requirements, and fire-resistive standards.

GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FULFILLMENT:

OBJECTIVES: To help you to correctly, effectively use the UBC code book and interpret code.
Help prepare you for the ICBO certification exam
In addition to being able to locate references in the code book, we are going to review the correct interpretation of these references, so that you will be able to apply them correctly.
