Get Blackboard Vista Training Now! .
As of Summer 2007, Blackboard Vista will be the main Learning Management System (LMS) used by Utah Valley State. Group sessions and one-on-one training will be available all throught the summer semester. We advise all facutly to get basic training before Fall semester. The Technology Enhanced Teaching Center at Utah Valley State College was created for faculty who wish to enhance and supplement their teaching through the application of technology, while developing their own skills in the use of technology and technology-enhanced instructional design.

No longer limited to the realm of distance education, technology can be just as powerful a tool in the conventional classroom, providing flexibility, enhancing traditional materials, fostering learner interaction, and empowering students to learn. There are many options in technology to help you do what you want to do; let us help you explore this frontier.

Our Center is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly computer and technology experts, and is equipped with high-end computers and specialized equipment for the digitization of materials. I encourage you to pop in to our lab in the Learning Center, room LC 227, or call us for at 801 863-6127. We look forward to helping you!
