The UVSC Ballroom Dance Company is divided into three teams.
The Tour Team
The Tour team is composed of advanced ballroom dancers with good performance skills. This team represents UVSC at performances, competitions and tours nationally and internationally.
The Advanced Back-up Team
The Advanced Back-up team members may advance to "Tour" team positions when vacancies arise, according to their skill and performance level. This team performs in the immediate area and supports the tour team when needed.
The Beginning Back-up Team
The Beginning Back-up team is a training team for new ballroom dancers that introduces the skills and techniques of formation ballroom dancing and performing.
