Q1. What if something I send gets quarantined by the iSolation Server?

A1. The e-mail administrator checks the iSolation Server quarantine often to ensure the timely release of legitimate messages from the quarantine.

Q2. What will cause my message to be quarantined by the iSolation Server?

A2. If it contains a virus or worm that wasn’t caught by the UVSC E-Mail Firewall, your message will be quarantined. If it contains an attachment type that is most likely malicious, it will be quarantined. If it contains an executable program, it will be checked, but will only be quarantined if it exhibits malicious behavior.
