WebCT Messaging
Official Class/Course Communications
WebCT is UVSC's online course management system. Inside WebCT is a closed messaging system that allows students and instructors to interact and communicate. UVSC recommends that instructors use WebCT exclusively for their interactions with students for coursework. By limiting coursework to WebCT, annoying spam and unrelated messaging can't get in the way of productive, scholarly communication.

Accounts and Addresses
All faculty and students have WebCT accounts. These accounts are created and maintained based on registration information for each semester. Since this e-mail system is closed, e-mail addresses within WebCT are irrelevant. To send a message to students or instructors, simply pick them from the address book for the course.
