CASE STUDY-PHOTOGRAPHER
Joe, a serious amateur photographer, had taken his film to be developed at a business with whom he has worked with for many years. When he picked up his developed film, he noticed that the first five negatives were missing. He told the people at the business of his concern. A search was made and he was informed that the negatives were not located. Each time Joe had film developed, he inquired about his negatives but they were not located.
Four months later, Joe entered the same film processing place to have some more work done and there on the wall was a beautiful enlargement of the same scene that Joe had taken on his "missing negatives". Joe could prove that the picture was his work, but he was confident that it was his piece.
What are Joe's options?
