Jack and Jane have been going together and have been sexually active for over a year. Jane becomes pregnant and tells Jack about it. Jack disappears. Jill goes to the doctor for prenatal care, has a blood test taken, and is diagnosed as HIV Positive. There will be a very strong possibility that her baby will also have the HIV virus. The doctor has to report Jane's diagnosis to the State Health Department.
Jane knows that she has had sex only with Jack. She then finds out that Jack is having sex with anyone who agrees.
The State Department of Health will ask for a list of her sexual partners.
