A new inspector was assigned to inspect a wood working business facility with his training officer. During the tour, he noted the training officer "checking out" a female manager. She appeared to be annoyed at his obvious attentions and left the room.
The inspection had moved to another portion of the building when you noted improper storage of flammable liquids. When you discussed this with the trainer, he told you to "let it go." He wanted a date with the female manager and did not want to ruin his chances with her by giving her a bad report.
