After completing the application, check your UVLink e-mail. You will receive 3 e-mails per application: payment confirmation, copy of the graduation application, and confirmation from the graduation office after they have reviewed and accepted (or not accepted) your application. The graduation office will notify students in the confirmation e-mail of any requirements listed in the degree evaluation which the student did not indicate while completing the graduation application. It is the student's responsibility to complete all requirements listed on the application, associated degree evaluation and e-mail(s) from the graduation office.

Spring Semester Deadline -- First Friday in February
Summer Semester Deadline -- First Friday in June
Applicants for graduation who owe money to UVSC will not receive their diplomas until all debts are paid.
COST OF GRADUATION (top)
Each applicant for graduation must pay a $20 non-refundable processing fee (or $45 if during the late fee period) per degree as part of the on-line graduation application.
