If you have installed Internet Explorer 7 and use Banner IMB through UVLink you will need to update your java to 5.0 update 9 (see above).
UV Banner Online Services has been moved to port 4443. If you are working behind a firewall this port may be blocked.You need to get your system administrator to unblock the port.
If you have forgotten your UVLINK PIN and your security question answer you will need to call the Helpdesk at 863-8888, or email Helpdesk@uvsc.edu including your UVID and any error message, or come in person to BA007. Your PIN will be reset at that time.
