FTP to U Drives Files |

How do I access U: drive from FTP? 1. In your browser type in the address ftp://ftp.uvsc.edu2. Put in your login name (UV ID for students or Username for employees) 3. Type your Network password (password used in labs for students, password used for Novell login for employees) 4. Your should see your files * If using IE7 5. After entering your login information a page will open that says, "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." 6. Click on the Page button is located in the upper right corner of the browser window. When you click on it a drop down window will appear with the option that says, Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer. Select that option. 7. When that option is selected a Windows Explorer window will open, displaying your U: drive folder. |
