How do I open a document when I don't know where I saved it?

Open the program, and select the File menu. A list of your most recently opened files are numerically listed toward the bottom of the menu, with the first file the most recently accessed one. If the file is on a drive that you have access to, it will automatically open that file.

1. From the Tools menu, select Settings. Double-click Environment.
2. From the File menu, click Interface, then Display last open documents.
