How Do I Permanently Delete Dropped Students?
You will be creating a duplicate class file that excludes your dropped students.
- From the File menu, choose Save As
- Click on the Students To Save drop-down menu (which by default will be set on All Students) and select All Students Except Dropped.
- Click on the Save button and type in a new name for this class in the Save As text box.
- A new class will be displayed, containing all but your dropped students within it. When you exit MicroGrade, you can delete the original class file if you will no longer need it.
