How can I view my class SRI evaluations?

Faculty may now access the SRI data for the courses they taught Fall 2007, from within the UV Banner Self-Serve System from UVLink. To do this, use the following steps:
Login to UVLink
Click on the "Home" tab, if you are not already there
Click on "Faculty Services Menu" link within the "Online Services Menus" channel
Click on "Faculty Detail Schedule"
Select the 2007 Fall Term (not the default) and click "Submit"
Click on the link you will see above one of your classes titled "Course Evaluation Reporting"
This will take you directly and securely to the SRI system, showing you only the data for your classes. You will see the SRI reporting with the same formatting options that administrators and deans are seeing.
Special Note:
Please be aware that the responses for Fall were entered on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the lowest. This will be corrected in any future use of the system, but for Fall, any averages, etc. will reflect this reversal of the scale. This means that the responses were attributed to the correct phrase in the system (e.g., "Strongly Agree" really does mean "Strongly Agree"), but that Strongly Agree would have been given a rating of 1, rather than 5. Given the time it would have taken to test the scale transposition of the responses within the database we felt it best not to do that at this time. We may address that at a later date, but will definitely transpose the scale for comparison to other semesters, etc. in reports outside of the SRI system.
Also, please be sure that you use the above directions to access your results, because the link does not work through the faculty/advisor tab right now.
If you have trouble accessing the information, please contact the help desk, or Laura Busby at X8456.
