How can I get to Internet Native Banner(INB)

Or you can create a shortcut by right clicking on your desktop. Moving down to New
then selecting Shortcut it will come up with a window and a place to type the address.
Paste this link in that space: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"

In the next slot type Banner INB. Click finish and you have a shortcut to Banner INB
