How to: Check delivery status of a message after it has been sent in GroupWise.

Right-click the sent message, and select 'Properties'. View the message status, and close the 'Properties' window.

1) Select the 'Sent Items' view in the Folders List.
TIP: To display the Folders List, select the 'View' menu and select 'Folders List'.
2) Select the message whose delivery status you want to check.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Properties'. (The 'Properties' window appears.)
NOTE: Whether it has been delivered and opened are displayed in the 'Status Tracking' section. The delivery date and time are displayed in the 'Recipients', 'Action', and 'Date & Time' sections.
4) Click the close button in the upper right-hand corner to close the 'Properties' window.
TIP: If you want to return to the GroupWise Mailbox without closing the 'Properties' window, select the 'Window' menu and select 'GroupWise - Mailbox'.
