Navigation

Add/remove/edit Navigation to a Webview:

1.      Click on Navigation at the right side of the vebview name. A Navigation Links page will be displayed to show all of the menu name and their associated links.

a.       Three types of links

                                                                          i.      URL

1.      URL is to somewhere else outside of UVSC site or to another part of UVSC website.

2.      Add Child View – These connects the different webviews within a site or subsite.

3.      Add a Site Document – adds the files created within the webview.  

2.      To remove a menu item click on the square box next to the menu item.  Click on remove.

3.      To add a site document menu link, enter the link name into the link Name space.  Click on add site document.

a.       Click on LuminusCMS

b.      Click on Root Site

c.       Click on the desired root folder

d.      Click on the department folder

e.       Click on the webview folder

f.       Click on the desired file.  There will be a checkbox at the left of the file name.

g.      Click on ok

4.      To add a child view menu link, enter the link name into the link Name space. Click on Add Child Webview.

a.       Click on LuminusCMS

b.      Click on Root Site

c.       Click on the desired root folder

d.      Click on the department folder

e.       Click on the webview folder.  There will be a checkbox at the left of the file name.

f.       Click on ok

5.      Click on done when finished.
