Windows will come up with a box asking you where to save the attachment. If you do not get this box your IE is set to block downloads from UVLINK. To fix this problem use these steps:

1. Open your Internet Explorer browser window
2. Click on tools on the menu across the top
3. Click on Internet options (last menu item)
4. Click on Security tab
5. Click on the Box that says SITES on the right center of the window
6. In the box that says Add this Web site to the zone: Type *.uvsc.edu and uvlink.uvsc.edu
7. Click on the OK box

After these settings are changed your Link mail will always pop right up and ask where you want to save it.
