Korean Ambassador to the U.N.

The Ambassador of Korea to the United Nations, H.E. Ambassador Hyun Chong Kim, and his family, will be guests of Utah Valley University, Office of International Affairs and Diplomacy, May 18-23. 

Ambassador Kim will speak at UVU on Monday, May 19 at 10.30 a.m. in LA 102 (seating is limited).

By-invitation-only reception in honor of the Ambassador's visit will be held on Tuesday night, May 20.

Ambassador Kim will receive a new very senior assignment in Seoul at the end of May, perhaps in trade or foreign affairs. 

While in Utah, the family will vacation in the Red Rock country and meet with UofU President Michael Young who was one of Ambassador Kim's law professor at Columbia.
