Title: Executive Program Coordinator, Integrated Studies & Center for the Study of Ethics

Don works as the Program Coordinator for both Integrated Studies and the Center for the Study of Ethics. In addition to maintaining the web sites, managing the budgets, creating print publications he runs the Integrated Studies / Center for the Study of Ethics office.

Both on and off work Don can often be found with a camera in his hand, photographing various campus events as well various subjects of personal interest. When not at work, Don spends spare time doing photography (http://www.daylightvision.com and http://www.flickr.com/people/wickenden/. He also likes to cook for his partner, his daughters and grandchildren, and whoever shows up for dinner. Pictured above is Don, an old camera, and one of his doggies (this one is Duke).

Prior to returning to UVSC in 2000, Don worked in the computer-technical industry for about 15 years, serving as Director of Software Quality Engineering for WordPerfect Corporation's software product family and as a researcher for Novell, Inc. He loves software, and spends lots of time with Adobe product suite of InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and DreamWeaver.  Most of the photography you will see on this site was done by Don.
