Student Accomplishments

A great way to investigate a bachelors degree program is to look at the students. What are former IS students doing now that they've graduated? Out of those that have gone on to graduate school what sorts of programs are they in? How about those that have gotten jobs right out of college, what sorts of jobs do they have? Another way to look at the program is to examine some of the research and projects that students do in the course of getting their degree. Several examples of these types of things are documented in the link on the left called "Projects, Research".

One of the things that makes the Integrated Studies degree unique is the opportunity to integrate the work done in the two emphases by completing a Senior Thesis. In the link on the left titled "Student Thesis Examples" you can see a few examples of the Senior Thesis.

Some of our outstanding students have won awards and the section linked on the left called "Student Awards" will document some of those.

Finally, Integrated Studies publishes a yearly academic journal called "Intersections". The link on the left called "Intersections" will show you some examples of the journals of past years and who worked on them as well as give you information about how to be a part of the editorial staff or submit articles for inclusion in our next issue
