Introduction to Library Research

After completing this brief tutorial, you will:

understand the basic concepts of selecting a topic
locate a book in order to utilize a library catalog in their research process
find an article in order to understand the basics of searching an index.

At the end of each section, you will have a brief assignment to utilize the skills discussed. The information and resources you gather will allow you to complete the exercise at the end of the tutorial.
