Media Enhanced Classroom Quick Guide: Turning the System On and Off:
- Press the "PWR" button to pow the system.
- Turn the system on or off by touching the "SYSTEM ON" or "SYSTEM OFF" buttons on the Touch Panel.
- The "LOG ON" screen should appear.
- Type in your Banner ID to access the system.
- Use the physical buttons to the left side of the Touch Panel to choose a device you are using.
Five Source/Device Buttons on Left Side of Touch Pannel: DVD:
- After pressing the "DVD" button, the DVD menu will appear on the Touch Pannel.
- Use the physical buttons to the right of the Touch Panel to control the DVD player.
- To adjust volume, use the "VOL" control buttons on the Touch Panel.
VCR:
- After pressing the "VCR" button, the VCR menu will appear on the Touch Panel.
- Use the physical buttons to the right of the Touch Panel to control the VCR.
- To adjust volume, use the "VOL" control buttons on the Touch Panel.
- Cable TV can be accessed in this mode by touching the "CH" buttons on the Touch Panel.
COMP(Computer):
- Classroom Computer:

- After pressing the "COMP" button, TV will shut down and computer screen will be displayed by the projector (if room has computer).
- If the room has a computer but all you see is a blank screen, switch the input source from the Touch Panel screen.
- Laptop Computer:
-
- Connect the VGA cord (with small plug for audio and Data cable) from the top of the podium to the laptop.
- If nothing is showing switch the imput source from the Touch Panel.
- For sound from laptop you must connect the small audio cable to the laptop.
DOC:
- This is used for the document projection camera port on top of the podium. If you have questions about this call Ext. 1111
AUX:
- This can used for any external A/V equipment not provided. If you have questions about this call Ext. 1111
