Our Mission

"The Department of Judicial Affairs and Dispute Resolution (JADR) finds solutions to academic and personal concerns of students, faculty, and staff through recommendation, mediation, and sanctions. Our services focus on fairness and equality while promoting responsibility and contributing to individual growth, education, and development.

We can help with:

• Mediation of interpersonal conflicts
• Academic complaints and conflicts
• Discrimination
• Grading procedure disputes
• School policy and procedures
• Housing/Landlord disagreements
• Other problems or disputes

All services are free of charge for UVSC students.
