Make sure you have set up an online tutorial appointment by calling the Writing Center at(801) 863-8310.

Use this form to email your paper to the Writing Center for an online tutorial. Please keep a copy of your paper. We do not control Email servers, and papers occasionally become lost.

Please give us a detailed description of your assignment and ask specific questions so that tutors can help you. Include the email address you would like us to contact.

Once you have completed and submitted this form, make surethe confirmation screen verifies that your form has been submitted.
