TURN OFF ALL CELL PHONES AND TWO WAY RADIOS

WHILE THE CALLER IS ON THE PHONE:

1. Remain calm.

2. Keep the caller on the phone as long as possible.

3. Get the attention of a co-worker if possible and have them use another phone to call University Police at 911.

4. Write out the callers message in it's entirety as accurately as possible.

5. Get as much information as possible and fill out the threat card as completely and accurately as possible.
