Having any container of alcohol in your vehicle that has been opened. Can be can, bottle, box (of wine), etc. Once one container is open, everyone in vehicle can be arrested, you don't need to be drinking to be arrested.
This is a State Code (41-6-44.20) and a Class C Misdemeanor.
