To commit this you enter somone's dorm room or apartment after they have told you not to. Or remain there after they have told you to leave. You do not need to commit any other crime to get arrested. If you do the same thing in another building on campus that is not a dwelling, the fine is $100.35 and a class C Misdeneanor.
This is a State Code (76-6-206C) and a Class B Misdemeanor.
