Elaine Miner has been with the UVSC Dance Department since June, 2002. Prior to relocating to Utah, Elaine was employed for 12 years as an Administrative Assistant at a major hospital in upstate New York. She holds an AS degree in Elementary Education from Adirondack Community College, located in New York State.
