Both of these resources are excellent points of entry into your grant and funding research. Refining your search criteria will be the key in your successfully matching your department's needs with the right funding resources, so be sure to be very specific in what you're looking for. For example, in a search engine, you might consider using the phrase "aviation education AND simulators" if you were looking for funding for flight simulation systems for the Aviation Sciences Department.
