Taking the right direction when starting out on your grant research can be complicated. Grants and Sponsored Programs spent months researching the top grant resources to find which ones would be best suited to assist the UVSC faculty and staff in their efforts to finance new programs for our students. | | When looking for grants and other financial opportunities, you might quickly find more information than you were looking for. There are hundreds of grant resources located on the internet. The links on this page will take you to some of the more user-friendly resources available.
Also, UVSC has retained several proprietary databases for the purpose of grant research. If you would like more information on how to establish your own access into some of the resources available, contact the Grants and Sponsored Programs office at extension 8492.
Federal Grant Research (www.Grants.gov) Grants.gov lists only those grant opportunities that are currently open for solicitations, not all grant opportunities that may be available during a year or regular funding cycle. To search for federal grant opportunities that may be available but which are not presently open to solicitation, search the Catalog for Federal and Domestic Assistance (CFDA). This is also a service free to the public. This publication and related databases, produced by the General Services Administration, lists all federal domestic assistance programs available from all federal agencies
