  • Select electives to meet the minimum Departmental, upper division credit, and residency requirements.
  • SLCC BIOL 2020 and 2025 may be substituted for UVSC BIOL 3400 and 3405, and SLCC BIOL 2030 and 2035 may be substituted for UVSC BIOL 3500 and 3515, but students will need to take additional electives to meet the BS graduation requirement of 40 upper division credits.
Credit Hours
  • A minimum of 120 semester hours is required, 40 of the 120 hours must be upper division (courses numbered 3000 and above).
  • Lower division courses at SLCC will NOT be accepted as fulfilling UVSC upper division hours unless noted otherwise.
Residency
  • To graduate from UVSC with a Bachelor´s degree, a student must complete 30 credits in residence from UVSC. UVSC courses taken on or off campus will count as residency hours.
