• Debit cards at the cashier's office or one-stop (pin is required, not available on line)
• Web checks on-line
• Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards but there is a 2.75% service charge.
  VISA credit cards are not accepted.

And there are deferred payment plans available as well but have an initiation fee.
