| Physical exams are a service provided by medical services. Prices range from $8-40, depending on the extent of exam requirements. We do not perform DOT, DMV, Disability, Worker's Compensation or Immigration physicals. Scuba physical requires an M.D. signature - please schedule an appointment with our physician. Please bring a copy of your immunization records if documentation is required on your physical form. |
