Mission Statement

“The mission of the UVSC Technology Management Program is to prepare students for management/leadership and/or research positions in all categories of professional technology and trade industries. An additional focus is to prepare students to cope with technological progress and observe ethical obligations. The program also endeavors to acquaint all students with the impact of technology on life in the 21st century, and prepare them to participate intelligently in the public discourse regarding the social and moral issues associated with the appropriate use of technology. A close working relationship is maintained with the Technology Management Industry Advisory Board to help the program realize this mission."
