Culinary Arts -- Greg's Kitchen

Our menu will change every week. This allows the students the widest range of experiences, while allowing the staff to take advantage of the freshest seafood, the ripest fruits, and the best meats on the market. All items are prepared and served by Culinary Arts students under the supervision of a Chef/Instructor

Ken SnappThe menu is a complete five-course meal, starting with anappetizer and followed by the soup. These are followed by the salad and the main course. Then, guaranteed to delight you, is the dessert, which finishes your culinary journey.

We hope you enjoy your meal. Ask questions of any of us, and make comments; we want to know what you think. Most of all, enjoy a meal which will refresh the spirit and lift the soul. To review the menu for this week go to "Culinary Menu" on the MEC Home Page.

The Culinary Arts Institute also furnishes Catering for events for the McKay Events Center. If you are planning an event and would like menus from us, please contact Cody at 863-7054 and we will gladly coordinate them with you.

Catering at the McKay Events Center is provided by the Culinary Arts students at Utah Valley State College, a division of the Hospitality Department at the school. These students are working towards a certificate in Culinary Arts, Associate Degree, or a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management.
