Certificate in Firefighter Recruit Candidate

Upon completion of courses for the Basic Recruit Certificate, students are eligible to apply for certification at the Firefighter I, Firefighter II, Hazardous Materials First Responder-Awareness and Hazardous Materials First Responder-Operations levels through the Utah Fire Science Certification System. Students are also eligible for certification at the Emergency Medical Technician-Basic level through the Utah Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.

Certificate in Paramedic

Upon completion, students are eligible to apply for certification as an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic through the Utah Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
