What Do I Bring?

1. Photo Identification All testers must present a photo identification card at the time of testing.
   
   
2. Fees UVSC Students who have not yet taken the New Student Assessment will not be charged a fee the first time they test. Retakes cost $10 per section. Non-UVSC Students: A $50 fee will be charged to all non-UVSC students. Non-students must also call the Proctor Exam Center at (801)863-8544 to set an appointment.
