Paul B. Clyde was appointed Board of Trustee member November 2007 and serves as Chair of the UVSC Foundation Board. He is the Executive Vice President and COO of Clyde Companies, Inc., and President and CEO of W.W. Clyde & Company. He received his B.S. degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Arizona State University. Paul has a history of community service. Along with serving as Chair of the UVSC Foundation Board, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of America. He was awarded the 2008 Eric Ryeberg Award for service rendered to the construction industry. He is also a former President of the Utah National Parks Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Paul is married to Jeanette and they are the parents and grandparents of eight children and eighteen grandchildren.
