J. Scott Jenkins is the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing for Twinlab Corporation, a global nutritional and wellness company.   He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, and has lived in Utah County ever since. 

Scott enjoys golfing, scuba diving, flying, and 4-wheeling. He attended UVSC flight school and later served on the MATC Board of Directors.  He is currently serving as Chair of the UVSC Alumni Board.  Scott is married to Darla, a Provo native, and has four daughters and five grandchildren.
